Pumice

Pumice Stone is a volcanic material. It is fire resistant, with excellent sound proofing qualities and is a high insulation material. Furthermore it has excellent mechanical strength, low specific gravity and a uniform white colour.

In construction pumice is used in the following applications:

• Production of lightweight building blocks
• Production of lightweight concrete
• Floor insulation and filling purposes
