We are currently supplying 900 tonnes of filter sand, which is being used in conjunction with Granular Activated Carbon to reduce THMs and remove colour. Ballyhilty Water Treatment Works in Cork is currently getting a major upgrade. We are currently supplying 16/30 filter sand, a range of support gravels and Manganese Dioxide for Iron and Manganese Removal. We supply a comprehensive range of high silica filter sand for use in Slow Sand and Rapid Gravity potable water filters. We also supply sand for use in Waste Water Treatment Plants, Sand Polishing and Swimming Pool filters, also servicing the Food, Drinks a Pharmaceutical Industries. We supply a full range of support gravels for underneath our filter sands. To complement these we supply Anthracite, Garnet, Manganese Dioxide and Activated Carbon to water treatment plants all over Ireland.
